Memorial Day is an important day to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to defend and protect our freedom. We will honor military servicemen and women at a special ceremony at 10 a.m. on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31.

If you have attended our ceremony in the past, please note that this year we will gather in a different location this year to improve traffic flow and allow for social distancing. Please join us near the office in the open space northeast of the pond, to honor those who have given their lives in service to our country. At the ceremony we will hear from a speaker from the Kansas National Guard who will present a wreath of remembrance. Following the guidance of the CDC, vaccinated attendees do not need to wear masks at the ceremony.

Throughout the weekend, our staff will be on hand to assist in locating graves and providing flags for the graves of veterans.
